Sometimes weekly, hour-long therapy sessions don’t feel like enough, particularly when we are reprocessing trauma or interpersonal injury. When you are ready for a focused, immersive experience, Brainspotting Intensives offer the chance to go deeper.

Why Choose an Intensive?

  • More time : Often the therapy hour is winding down just as the heart of what is troubling us emerges. This structure allows us to follow the content and continue processing without that interruption.

  • Accelerated progress: Many clients can move through what would otherwise take several consecutive sessions of therapy in a single intensive.

  • Personalized: Intensives are tailored to your specific needs and begin with an intake session to clarify focus.

What to Expect

Scheduling & Format

Intensives are offered in structured half-day and multi-day formats to support depth and appropriate pacing. Depending on the type of intensive, sessions may take place within a single day or across two consecutive days, allowing time for rest and reflection between sessions. Availability includes select weekdays and limited weekend pairings. All intensives require a brief consultation to confirm fit and timing.

Half-Day Intensive

4 hours | $1000
The four hours is typically scheduled 9am-1pm Mondays and Wednesdays with a 30 minute lunch and two shorter breaks. Designed for clients seeking focused, time-limited work without a multi-day commitment. Includes 1 hour intake and a 1 hour follow up.

10-Hour Intensive (Two Half-Days)

$2,400
Includes one 1-hour intake, two 4-hour sessions, and a 1-hour follow-up. Sessions may be scheduled on weekdays or weekend pairings (e.g., Wednesday AM/PM or Friday PM + Saturday AM). Optional art therapy integration is available.

Optional Art Therapy Integration

For clients who benefit from nonverbal processing, art therapy can be part of any intensive. This may include visual expression, symbolic work, or image-based reflection. This is something we can include within the intensive or add on separately depending on your needs.
